Buying Process

Our villas are delivered within 12 months from the signature at the notary's office.

Upon reservation, we create a dedicated follow-up group where you receive weekly detailed reports including photos and descriptions of the construction progress. This allows you to monitor the development in real time and ask any questions directly to our team.

Upon delivery, your villa is fully ready to be listed for rental on platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com. In addition, you benefit from a 5-year builder's warranty, provided through our partnership with Zurich Insurance.

Buying process

Selection of the villa & land

- Presentation of your project and budget
- Select your preferred villa model and plot af land.

Preliminary Sale Agreement

10%

Payment of an initial 10% deposit to the notary's escrow account in order to reserve the land

Due diligence

the notary conducts and provides a legal compliance report (land certificate, building permit, etc.)

Signature at the Notary

35%

Signature of the official sale deed before the notary (in person or via power of attorney), along with a 35% payment, which initiates the construction

Construction Milestones

4 x 10%

Progress payments made in four 10% installments according to the construction milestones

Delivery

15%

Delivery of the completed villa, ready for rental, with the final 15% payment upon handover
