Holder of an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland, Nathan began his career at Nexity, France’s leading real estate development company, before joining EDO Engineering Design Office in Bali, a structural engineering firm specializing in design studies and project supervision. He later joined Alpha Partner Bali as Director, with the mission of creating villas that are solid, elegant, and profitable, combining European standards with local craftsmanship.
A graduate of the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Julien began his career at Ernst & Young before joining AXA in financial planning. He later served as General Manager of a Swiss Golf Club, leading the development of its facilities before moving into the construction industry where he oversaw the coordination and delivery of more than 250 residential units.
Originally from Switzerland, Julien brings extensive experience in management, construction, and operational excellence. As Operations Manager at APB, he drives continuous improvement across all operations, ensuring superior construction quality, efficient processes, and on-time project delivery.
Holder of a Master’s degree from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a specialized Master’s in Real Estate Finance Engineering from the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières, Henri began his career in France at Eiffage and Icade, two major players in real estate development.
He later joined Bali Immobilier before becoming Sales & Marketing Manager at Alpha Partner Bali.
